1. Permitted use
StitchAI is intended for the visualisation of legitimately owned or licensed embroidery designs and the production of marketing previews, client mockups and internal sampling material.
2. Prohibited content
You must not upload, generate or share content that:
- infringes any copyright, trademark, or trade-dress rights of a third party;
- depicts minors in a sexual or suggestive manner;
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful;
- promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
- impersonates a real person or brand without authorisation;
- contains malware, phishing payloads, or other security threats.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract our models or training data.
- Reselling generated previews as a wrapped service without a written commercial agreement.
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties.
- Bypassing rate limits, credit caps, or security controls.
- Using StitchAI to generate content that violates Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Reporting abuse
If you believe content on StitchAI violates this policy or your intellectual property rights, email support@stitchai.in with the subject “Abuse report”. Provide a description of the issue and links/screenshots where possible. We act on verified reports within 72 hours.
5. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion:
- warn the user;
- remove the offending content;
- suspend or terminate the account;
- refer the matter to law-enforcement authorities.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use of StitchAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
