1. Nature of delivery
All StitchAI products — subscription plans, generation credits and AI-generated preview images — are digital goods. They are delivered electronically through your StitchAI account immediately upon successful payment.
2. Delivery timelines
- Subscription activation: instant — credits appear in your account within a few seconds of a successful payment.
- AI preview generation: typically 30–90 seconds per design, depending on load.
- File exports (PNG, JPEG, etc.): available immediately after generation.
3. If a delivery fails
Occasionally a payment is captured but credits are not added (for example due to a network interruption). If this happens, please email support@stitchai.in with your order ID and we will reconcile the credits within 1 business day, or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.
4. Physical shipping
StitchAI does not ship any physical product. There are no shipping charges, courier services or delivery addresses associated with our service.
