- Uploaded files: the DST files and any designs you upload to the service.

- Usage data: number of generations, plan, credit consumption.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve StitchAI.
- To process payments and send invoices.

- To detect, prevent and address fraud or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers — cloud hosting, AI inference, payment gateways, email delivery.
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights.
- Successors — in case of merger, acquisition or asset sale.
4. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You can request earlier deletion by writing to us.

We use encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, restricted access controls and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data. Email support@stitchai.in to exercise these rights.

StitchAI is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Some of our service providers process data outside India. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
