1. Who we are
StitchAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-powered embroidery design platform based in India. The service is offered through https://stitchai.in.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use StitchAI. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
- You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions and credits
StitchAI is sold on a subscription basis with a monthly credit allowance. Each AI preview generation consumes one credit. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.
5. Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload designs you do not own or have a license for, not to attempt to reverse-engineer the service, and not to use StitchAI to generate content that is unlawful, obscene, or infringes third-party rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of all DST files and designs you upload.
- You grant us a limited licence to process those files solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- AI-generated previews produced from your designs are owned by you, subject to the rights of the underlying design.
- The StitchAI name, logo and software are owned by us.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or legal compliance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StitchAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
