1. How to cancel
- Sign in to StitchAI.
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- Click Cancel plan and confirm.
You can also email support@stitchai.in from your registered address and we will cancel on your behalf within 1 business day.
2. What happens after cancellation
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You retain access to all credits already in your account during this period.
- At the end of the cycle, your account is downgraded to the Free tier.
- Generated images and uploaded designs remain accessible on the Free tier.
3. Refunds on cancellation
Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation by us
We may cancel or suspend an account in cases of non-payment, fraud, abuse, or material breach of the Terms & Conditions. Where lawful and practical, we will give prior notice and an opportunity to remedy.
5. Account deletion
To delete your account entirely (not just cancel the subscription), email support@stitchai.in with the subject line “Account deletion request”. We action verified requests within 7 business days, subject to legal retention obligations.
